How do I contact dispatch about an order?

You can contact Skipcart through the order itself in the Skipcart app. 

  • Click the orange question mark at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the Skipcart support site. 
  • Click the chat icon in the bottom right of the support site to talk with a support specialist
