Problem With This Order - Pickup options:


I don't want this order 

I don't want this order is an option you can use when you do not, for whatever reason, want that particular order. Choosing this option will remove the order from your delivery and any additional associated stops. If it was the only order on your delivery you will be returned to the Main Screen where you can wait for a new delivery offer. 


Store is closed

If you arrive to a stop and find that you can not complete your task because the store is closed. Choosing this option will remove the order from your delivery and any additional associated stops. If it was the only order on your delivery you will be returned to the Main Screen where you can wait for a new delivery offer.


Store has no record of order

It is possible to arrive to a store and find out that no one there has any record of that customer's order coming across their system. Choosing this option will remove the order from your delivery and any additional associated stops. If it was the only order on your delivery you will be returned to the Main Screen where you can wait for a new delivery offer.


I’ve waited past "pickup time" for the order and it still isn’t ready.

If you arrive at a stop and the store is behind schedule causing you a long wait time, you can choose this option 1 minute after the scheduled pickup time. If you have waited the allotted time you will be paid a stop fee for your time. Choosing this option will remove the order from your delivery and any additional associated stops. If it was the only order on your delivery you will be returned to the Main Screen where you can wait for a new delivery offer. We will pay you a fee for arriving at the stop.
