Missing delivery in Earnings Report

After completing a delivery your earnings will be reflected in your Earnings Report in the app.


You can see:

  • How many deliveries you’ve completed
  • How much you earned each day
  • Details for each delivery, including mileage


The Daily Pay Balance does not reflect the earnings made in the same day. Delivery earnings are available for Daily Pay the next day.

If you believe that a delivery is missing from your earnings, contact Skipcart Support as soon as possible. Tap the chat bubble in the top left corner of your app (next to your profile picture)

All complaints of a delivery missing from your Driver Dashboard must be submitted within 10 days of the trip being completed.
