Customer Interactions

Being a Skipcart driver is all about making people smile and saving them time. Please keep a few things in mind when interacting with customers:

  • Introduce yourself by letting the customer know your first name and that you work with Skipcart to deliver for whichever store you picked up at (ex. Walmart, Applebee's, Chilli's)
  • Example: Hi Mary, I am John with Skipcart and I am here with your Walmart delivery.  Where would you like for me to put your bags?
  • Everyone has tough days on occasions, but please remain professional when interacting with customers and keep your conversations light and casual. 
  • If a customer is unruly or makes you feel unsafe please notify driver support as soon as your delivery is complete.
