When the customer is claiming he/she is missing an item, please inform them to call the local 1(800) Walmart number near them. Walmart will then create another order to their location, and a driver will deliver the missing item. If a customer asks you to return an item, respectfully answer;”No sir/ma’am I’m not permitted to do so. I can only return the entire order and not just a single item.”
