Troubleshoot login issues

If you are having trouble signing into your Skipcart account, first determine if you are a new or existing driver. New drivers must complete the application process before signing in. Existing drivers can login through the app using their mobile number and a one time passcode.


For new drivers

  • You must first apply and be approved to drive. To start your application, go to the Skipcart Drivers page.
  • You will be able to sign in only after you have completed your background check and received notification that your account is active.


Didn’t get a code


Use these steps if you did not get a code sent to your mobile number.

  1. Tap Didn’t get a code on the Verify mobile number screen.
  2. Pick Text Code or Email Code to receive another code
  3. You will receive a one-time verification code via SMS or email.
  4. Enter the code in the app to proceed with logging in.

If you still cannot sign in
