On occasion, the navigation will take you to the incorrect pick up or drop off location.
Incorrect pickup location:
If you have been directed to the incorrect pickup location, please use the support chat function in the bottom right of the screen to contact Skipcart support. Support will be able to help you get to the correct location.
Incorrect Drop off location:
In the event we have directed you to an incorrect drop off location please follow these steps.
1. Contact the customer to try and get the correct drop off location.
2. Contact Skipcart support if you are unable to reach the customer by phone or text. Support can help you with the next steps to complete the delivery or the return process.
