Your time is valuable. When an order is canceled by the retailer or the customer, after you have arrived at the pickup location, you'll be paid the standard cancellation fee.
Please note that if you are canceled off an order for any reason other than the retailer or customer cancels, then you will not be paid a cancellation fee. Reasons for being canceled off an order include, not going en route in a reasonable amount of time, or if you have swiped at the store but GPS indicates you are not in that location.
