I need help setting up or changing my direct deposit?

You are able to add and update all banking information easily through the app. Debit cards will have to be added if you want to use the Daily Pay option 

 

To register and setup your bank account, please follow the steps below.

Please be sure to set up your Bank account before starting your first delivery. Accounts can take up to 7 days to verify.

1) Tap on your driver profile picture
2) Tap anywhere on the card with your info on it
3) Choose Edit or Add next to My Bank Account
4) Add your banking details and click Done

If you do not have a bank account, we suggest you go to your local Walmart and get a Green Dot card or a Walmart Money Card. Both of these cards will allow you to put in a routing number and an account number for direct deposit. 

 

You can update or add your banking info through the Driver app for step by step instruction use our support app link below.

1) Tap on your driver profile picture
2) Tap anywhere on the card with your info on it
3) Choose Edit or Add next to My Bank Account or Debit Card
4) Add your banking details and click Done

 

Not all banks and debit cards are supported. To check if your account is supported please use the following link:

Please note that updates or changes to your bank account details can delay receipt of your weekly earnings by 3-5 business days. If possible, submit changes before 4:00 am local time on Monday to ensure your next earnings are deposited to your new account on time. If earnings are deposited into your previous account, please contact your bank to retrieve it. Our Support Team is NOT able to add or edit banking information.
