  Be Considerate

Skipcart works under a Door to Door policy. You will have to personally handle the order items to the customer's door.  Make sure you announce yourself and that their delivery has arrived. Pay attention to the customer, be polite and while wearing a smile, properly greet them.

  Keep Your Vehicle Clean

Remember: Your car is your main tool. A dirty vehicle is not a good projection of the level of service we are offering, it can even prevent you from being allowed by our partners to pick up the order. No one wants smoke-smelling food or pet hair on their order, be aware of your environment, make sure it is presentable and clean.

  Tricks for Tips

Be prepared when arriving for order pick up. It is advisable to have at least one hot bag for food items and dressed appropriately. Hints for appropriate attire – safety and appearance. Please care for your safety, an example is no open toe shoes. Also remember, appearance reflects on you and a lot of the time reflects on your tips.
