Changing / Resetting Password

Resetting password from Login

If you are having trouble logging into your Skipcart account or forgot your password

• Try resetting the password of you Skipcart account 

• Click the “Trouble Logging In” button in your Skipcart app

• Enter the email you registered with and click "Send Code"

• You will receive a SMS & email with your one-time verification code

• You will be prompted to reset your password 

Changing password after Login

Open you Skipcart app:

• Login to your Skipcart profile 

• Click your photo icon 

• Click the drop down arrow 

• Click Change my password

• Enter your old password and then type in the new password and confirm password

• Click Change
