Completing Task - Picking Up Orders

Once you have arrived at the Pickup Stop click “I'M HERE” to alert the retailer and Skipcart that you have arrived.  

After clicking "I'M HERE" you are now ready to complete your pickup Task. 

Clicking on a Task will expand the section to reveal all the order details as well as a "PICKED UP" button that indicates you have the order in your possession. 




  • For certain order types, you will have to confirm that you have received all items in the order. Please ensure you were given all items and "CONFIRM ITEMS" by clicking the blue circles.

  • Once all items are confirmed, then use the “PICKED UP” button to indicate that you have the order in your possession. This is important as it lets the customer know you are on your way. Please DO NOT mark the order as "PICKED UP" until you have the order in your possession. 

  • If you have any issues picking up orders, please use the PROBLEM WITH THIS PICKUP to see additional options and guidance. 

  • Once all tasks are complete and orders are in hand, tap the STOP COMPLETE button to begin heading to your next STOP.

By double-checking this following list you will be prepared to be successful today. 

  • Make sure your phone is charged

  • Make sure you have a charger in your car for your phone

  • Don't forget your hot/cold bags

  • Make sure you have a full tank of gas
