Pick up an order

When you’re picking up an order, there are a few steps to follow to ensure you’re successful.

1. Drive to the pickup stop.
2. Tap I’M HERE to alert the retailer and Skipcart that you’ve arrived.
3. Once you have the order from the retailer, tap on the arrow below the order number. This will expand the Task.
4. For some orders, you’ll need to confirm that you received all items in the order. Check the items and tap CONFIRM ITEMS.
5. Once you’ve confirmed you have all the items, tap PICKED UP.

Here are some things to keep in mind to improve your driving experience:

• Make sure your phone is charged and that you have a phone charger in your car.
• Bring insulated bags with you to keep food hot or cold.
• Make sure you have a full tank of gas.
