What is an Earn By Time promotion?
Earn By Time scheduled slots allow drivers to complete deliveries in a designated area for a specified period while earning a guaranteed minimum pay. Simply choose your time slot, arrive at your Earning Zone, and complete deliveries during that time.

Why does Skipcart offer Earn By Time promotions?
Skipcart values flexibility for its drivers. Earn By Time promotions offer the convenience of choosing work hours with the reassurance of a guaranteed minimum pay, even if delivery opportunities are limited during that time.

How do I receive Earn By Time promotion opportunities?
Earn By Time opportunities will be scheduled in the Skipcart app when available. Time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to drivers who receive the promotion.

Can I schedule more than one time slot?
Yes, drivers can schedule multiple time slots, as long as the times do not overlap.

What does the "Oops, this one got away!" pop-up mean?
This message appears when a time slot has already been claimed by another driver. Keep checking for new opportunities!

What does the "Offer Expired" pop-up mean?
If you receive this notification, it means you did not begin your scheduled slot on time, and the promotional offer is no longer available.

How will I know when it’s time for my scheduled slot?
Your scheduled slots can be found under the "Promotions" tab in the Skipcart app. You'll receive a notification one hour before your slot starts to confirm availability and a prompt to navigate to your Earning Zone at the start time.

What do I need to do to qualify for the guaranteed payment?
To qualify for the guaranteed pay, drivers must:

  • Accept and complete all delivery offers during the scheduled slot.

  • Remain online throughout the slot.

  • Stay within the designated Earning Zone.

What could disqualify me from Earn By Time promotions?
Drivers will be disqualified for:

  • Ignoring or declining more than one delivery offer.

  • Spending too much time outside the scheduled zone.

  • Switching status to "Offline."

Where do I park once I reach my Earning Zone?
In-app navigation will guide you to the center of your scheduled zone. Once there, it’s your responsibility to find a safe place to park and wait for delivery opportunities.

Can I decline or ignore an order?
You can decline or ignore one offer during a time slot. Declining or ignoring more than one will disqualify you from the Earn By Time promotion for that slot.

How do I cancel my slots?
You can cancel a time slot in the Skipcart app, either from the promotion entry, the one-hour availability notification, or the notifications after starting your time slot.

Is there a penalty for canceling a slot?
No, there are no penalties for canceling scheduled slots. These promotions are designed to offer flexibility.

What if I cancel in the middle of my scheduled slot?
You can stop your scheduled slot at any time. If you cancel mid-slot, you'll keep any earnings from completed deliveries, but you won’t receive the guaranteed payment for the time slot.

If I cancel or get disqualified from a slot, can I still drive?
Yes, you can continue accepting delivery opportunities at the advertised pay for each order, even after canceling or disqualification from a scheduled slot.

If I get disqualified from one slot, does it affect others?
No, disqualification from one slot only affects that specific time slot. It will not impact future scheduled opportunities.

Will I lose my earnings if I cancel or get disqualified?
You’ll still receive earnings from any deliveries completed during your time slot. However, you will no longer be eligible for the guaranteed pay if you cancel or are disqualified.

Where can I view my earnings for Earn By Time slots?
Earnings from Earn By Time slots can be viewed in the Driver Earnings Report within the Skipcart app.

When can I cash out my Earn By Time earnings?
You can cash out the next day using the Daily Pay feature, or earnings will automatically be included in your weekly payout.
