Some background check reports take longer than average to complete. Some delays are a normal part of the screening process and are not a cause for concern. Delays happen because Checkr is verifying information with county courthouses. For instance, if a courthouse does not provide an electronic resource for court records, Checkr must request records in person.

Once your report is finalized, Checkr will provide this report to Skipcart for review. Please note that Checkr does not make a decision on eligibility - they provide Skipcart with the report that is used to make our decision.
