If a restaurant cannot find the order or was not placed, try following these steps:

  1. Select Help and select the "Order or Store Unavailable."
  2. Ask the merchant if the order was received.
    • If so, ask them to please confirm the order on their respective protocol (Ipad, Phone, POS and Order placer).
    • If not, you can contact Skipcart Support by opening the chat bubble on the top left next to your profile picture.
  3. You can select the relevant reason in the app and cancel the delivery.
