Canceling a delivery once you have swiped "Out for Delivery"

Once you have accepted a delivery and used "Swipe After Pickup" you are unable to cancel a delivery at that point. Please follow the below steps in canceling a delivery. 


If you are waiting at the pickup location but do not have the food or have not been loaded with the groceries.


1) Contact Skipcart support and let them know that you are unable to deliver. You can use the chat function in the bottom right corner of the screen at https://support.skipcart.com/support/home

2) Support will walk you through the process of canceling off the delivery. 


In the event you already have the food or groceries loaded in your car. 


1) Contact Skipcart support and let them know that you have the order in your car but are unable to complete the delivery. You can use the orange Support button at the bottom of the screen or at https://support.skipcart.com/support/home

2) Support will walk you through he process of returning the order to the store or canceling the order.
