✅ Acceptance Rate
What is it?
Your Acceptance Rate reflects how often you accept delivery offers. It’s calculated from your last 50 delivery offers.
Why it matters:
A high Acceptance Rate shows you're active and ready to take on deliveries, which can lead to more opportunities.
How it's calculated:
We look at the last 50 offers sent to you and count how many you accepted or attempted. Offers that are timed out, rejected, or ignored are also considered. Some special cases like queued or batched offers may be excluded to ensure fairness.
Tips to improve your Acceptance Rate:
- Go online only when you're ready to drive.
- Keep your equipment ready before starting.
- Respond quickly to incoming offers.
? Completion Rate
What is it?
Your Completion Rate shows how reliably you complete the deliveries you accept. It’s based on your last 50 deliveries accepted.
Why it matters:
A high Completion Rate means you follow through on your commitments, which builds trust and can lead to more consistent work.
How it's calculated:
We count how many of your accepted jobs were successfully completed. Jobs canceled for reasons outside your control (like merchant issues or valid personal emergencies) won’t negatively affect your rating when you select appropriate cancellation reason on the app.
Tips to improve your Completion Rate:
- Only accept jobs you’re confident you can complete.
- Communicate issues to support as soon as they arise.
- Avoid canceling after accepting unless absolutely necessary.
