Understanding your ratings

Driver Tiers are Skipcart’s way of recognizing and rewarding top-performing drivers. Our tiers each offer rewards and exclusive offers based on performance.


Tier requirements

There are three tiers – Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your tier is based on the following performance metrics:

  • Acceptance Rate: The percentage of delivery requests you accept, calculated from the last 50 delivery offers.
  • Completion Rate: The percentage of orders you finished, based on your last 50 deliveries.
  • Monthly Deliveries: The number of deliveries you’ve completed in the last month.


The requirements for each tier are listed in the table below.


Tier assessment frequency


Driver Tiers are reviewed every month to ensure that rewards go to drivers who consistently meet performance expectations. Each month, you have the opportunity to improve your metrics and level up to the next tier.


Tier changes


If your Acceptance Rate, Completion Rate, Customer Rating, or Monthly Deliveries fall below the minimum threshold for your current tier, you’ll be placed in the tier that matches your updated performance.

  • For example, if you’re in Gold but your Completion Rate drops below 95%, you may move down to Silver for the next month.


Viewing your current tier


To view your current tier:

  1. Tap on your profile photo in the upper left of your home page. 
  2. Your tier badge is visible below your name.
  3. To view your ratings in more detail, tap View Ratings and Rewards
