Problem With This Order - Pickup options:
I don't want this order
‘I don't want this order’ is an option you can use when you don’t, for whatever reason, want to fulfill that particular order. Choosing this option will remove the order from your delivery and any additional associated stops. If it was the only order on your delivery, you will be returned to the Main Screen where you can wait for a new delivery offer.
Store is closed
‘Store is closed’ is an option you can choose when you arrive to a stop and find that you cannot complete your task because the store is closed. Choosing this option will remove the order from your delivery and any additional associated stops. If it was the only order on your delivery, you will be returned to the Main Screen where you can wait for a new delivery offer.
Store has no record of order
‘Store has no record of order’ is an option you can use when you arrive to a store and find out that no one there has any record of that customer's order in their system. Choosing this option will remove the order from your delivery and any additional associated stops. If it was the only order on your delivery, you will be returned to the Main Screen where you can wait for a new delivery offer.
I’ve waited past "pickup time" for the order and it still isn’t ready.
If the store is running late and you have to wait, you can choose this option starting one minute after the scheduled pickup time. If you wait the full time, you’ll get a stop fee for your time. Choosing this option will remove the order from your delivery and any additional associated stops. If it was the only order on your delivery, you will be returned to the Main Screen where you can wait for a new delivery offer.
